Riding in Moilt region

Day 1. Ulaanbaatar

Arrival in Ulaanbaatar and transfer to hotel. Optional day or half day tours are available.

Day 2. Moilt ecolodge

After breakfast drive to Moilt area. Lunch on the way at Darkhan city. Late afternoon arrive at Moilt ecolodge. Overnight at the lodge. (BLD)

Day 3. Khavtsgait valley

After breakfast saddle up our horses and begin our horse trek. Ride by north side of Moilt mountain in basin of Selenge river. Packed lunch on the way. Continue riding up to Khavtsgait valley. Reach camping point in late afternoon. Trekking distance 30km. Tented night. (BLD)

Day 4. Tsegeen lake

After breakfast begin riding to Tsegeen lake via Balig river basin. Packed lunch on the way. Trekking distance 35km. Tented night. (BLD)

Day 5. Khag lake

Ride to Khag lake via shore of Tsegeen lake, Sharguya valley, Sharga lake, Ikher and Agt mountain valley. Packed lunch on the way. Trekking distance 40km. Tented night. (BLD)

Day 6. Uran togoo dead volcano

Ride to Uran togoo dead volcano via Khanui river valley, Unegt, Darst, Khutul. Packe lunch on the way. Trekking distance 40km. Tented night. (BDL)

Day 7. Tsagaan river

After breakfast ride to Tsagaan river via visiting volcano, Tsagaan and Suujin pass. Packed lunch on the way. Riding distance 40km. Tented night. (BLD)

Day 8. Moilt eco lodg

Today is last day of riding. Begin riding to Moilt eco lodge via Tsagaan and Khanui rivers. Packed lunch on the way. Riding distance is 25km. Dinner and over night at Moilt eco lodge.

Day 9. Ugii lake

After breakfast at the lodge drive to Ugii lake. Packed lunch on the way. Reach tourist ger camp located on the shore of Ugy lake. Dinner and night rest at the ger camp. (BLD)

Day 10. Ulaanbaatar

Drive to Ulaanbaatar city after breakfast. On the way visit Kharakorum museum and Erdene Zuu monastery. Lunch at the ger camp. Reach the city in late afternoon and transfer to hotel. (BL)
