Mountain Riders in Khuvsgul

Day 1. Ulaanbaatar

Arrival in Mongolia and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day free at leisure.

Day 2. Tour around Ulaanbaatar

After breakfast begin guided city tour including Gandan Monastery- the heart of Mongolian Buddhism, Chinggis Khaan square, lunch, National museum of Mongolia, Zaisan hill and national folklore show followed by dinner. End of the tour transfer back to hotel. (BLD)

Day 3. Khovsgol lake

Transfer to the airport for the flight to Khovsgol lake. Upon landing at Murun mown opick up from the airport and head to the deerstone site near Muren (World's most clear Deerstones) on the way to Khovsgol lake .May be visit the local butchers shop and handicraft shop in Hatgal. Arrive at the lake may do some hiking. (BLD)

Day 4. Khoridol Saridag mountain range

Riding in the Khoridol Saridag mountain range all day. Picnic lunch . Evening by the campfire sampling authentic Mongolian dish khorhog (lamb cooked with hot rocks BLD)

Day 5. Khoridol Saridag mountain range

Riding in the Khoridol Saridag mountain range all day. Picnic lunch . Evening by the campfire sampling authentic Mongolian dish khorhog (lamb cooked with hot rocks BLD)

Day 6. Hiking

Hiking on the surrounding hilltops and taking pictures (it is very picturesque at the campsite) Riding back to the lake. May be do kayaking on the lake or just chill out. (BLD)
