Exploring unique heritage-Hunting with eagles

Day 1. Ulaanbaatar

Arrival in Mongolia and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day free at leisure.

Day 2. Ulaanbaatar tour

After breakfast begin guided city tour including Gandan Monastery- the heart of Mongolian Buddhism, Chinggis Khaan square, lunch, National museum of Mongolia, Zaisan hill and national folklore show followed by dinner. End of the tour transfer back to hotel. (BLD)

Day 3. Flight to Ulgy town

Transfer to the airport for the flight to Ulgy town. Upon landing at Ulgy town pick up from the airport and visit of local museum. After lunch head to the Tolbo lake. Spend a night in tents on the shore of Tolbo lake. (BLD)

Day 4. Tsengel Khairkhan mountain

In the Morning drive to Tsengel Khairkhan mountain. Here visit Kazakh family with eagle and explore their unique culture of domesticating golden eagle. Spend the night with family.

Day 5. Eagle hunters

Spend all day with eagle hunters and see eagle hunt in the mountains. Spend night with family.

Day 6. Ulgy town

Head back to Ulgy town. On the way visit ancient Turkish monuments. Spend the night in the ger camp.

Day 7. Ulaanbaatar

Fly back to Ulaanbaatar city. Rest of the day in leisure.

Day 8. Departure

Transfer airport.
